How to Run a Manual Backup Print

Steps

  1. Open hTech OS Backup in WHMCS Admin
  2. Go to the Backups section
  3. Click Create Backup
  4. Wait for completion
  5. Confirm it appears under Recent Backups

Verify the Backup

  • Local: confirm file exists in your configured local path
  • Off-site: use Verify Remote or confirm using the provider’s UI

If It Fails

  • Check WHMCS Activity Log for the exact error
  • Confirm PHP memory/timeouts are sufficient
  • Confirm credentials and destination are correct
