System Health Check: What It Tests and How to Use It Print

What the Health Check Does

The System Health Check is designed to quickly identify problems that prevent backups from running correctly.

Typical Checks

  • PHP version and required extensions
  • Writable directories used for temporary files/logs
  • Database schema checks (tables/columns exist)
  • Connectivity checks (where applicable)
  • Basic configuration sanity checks

How to Use It

  1. Open the module in WHMCS Admin
  2. Go to the Health/System section
  3. Review FAIL/WARN items first
  4. Apply the recommended fix steps and re-run the check

Tip

When opening a support ticket, include the health check output and the timestamp of the issue.
