Troubleshooting: In-App Update Download Fails Print

Common Causes

  • Server cannot reach the update URL (firewall/DNS)
  • License headers invalid or blocked
  • Insufficient disk space to download/extract
  • Permissions prevent writing to update storage directory

Fix Checklist

  1. Confirm outbound HTTPS access from the server
  2. Confirm module update storage path is writable
  3. Confirm adequate free disk space
  4. Re-check license status

Tip

If downloads partially complete, remove the partial file and retry.
