Client Guide: Using HTech PM in the Client Area
This guide explains how clients use HTech PM in the WHMCS client area to view project progress, tasks, files, and discussions.
Accessing Your Projects
Log in to the WHMCS client area and open the HTech PM module link (menu placement depends on your theme).
- View your list of projects
- Open a project to see details
Viewing Tasks and Progress
- Review the task list and task status
- Check due dates (if provided)
- Track overall project status
Approvals and Change Requests
If your service includes approvals, you may see items marked for approval.
- Approve when work meets requirements
- Request changes if revisions are needed
- Provide clear notes for requested changes
Files
- Download files shared with you
- Upload files if the project allows client uploads
- Use descriptive filenames when uploading
Discussions
- Post messages and updates
- Reply to staff questions
- Attach files when needed
Troubleshooting (Client Side)
- If you cannot see a project, confirm you are logged into the correct client account
- If a page does not load, refresh and try again, then contact support if the issue continues
