How to Use Project Templates in HTech PM

Project Templates are reusable blueprints that standardize project creation and task setup.

Create a Template

Navigate to:

Addons \u2192 HTech PM \u2192 Project Templates

• Click Create Template
• Enter template name and optional description
• Choose a default status
• Save

Add Tasks to a Template

• Open the template
• Add tasks with titles and optional descriptions
• Optionally set estimated hours
• Optionally set due offsets (days from project start)

Use a Template When Creating a Project

When creating a project, select the template. Tasks will be created automatically.

Editing Templates

Template changes only apply to new projects created after the template is updated. Existing projects are not modified.
