How to Generate Invoices From Projects in HTech PM
This guide explains how administrators generate invoices from project work, typically using time entries.
Billing Overview
Open a project and go to the Billing tab (if enabled). This area may show linked invoices and allow invoice creation from time entries.
Generating an Invoice From Time Entries
- Select the date range for unbilled time entries
- Review the included entries and totals
- Create the invoice
After an invoice is created, included time entries may be marked as billed and associated with the invoice.
Troubleshooting
- If invoice creation fails, confirm the client billing configuration is valid
- Confirm there are unbilled time entries in the selected range
