Module Does Not Appear in Admin
- Confirm the module is activated in Addon Modules
- Confirm your admin role has access
- Clear admin template cache
Pages Not Loading or Showing Errors
- Clear template cache and admin template cache
- Confirm files uploaded correctly
- Review WHMCS Activity Log for error details
Product Mapping Did Not Create a Project
- Confirm the mapping exists and is saved
- Confirm the trigger event matches the test scenario
- Confirm invoice is paid (for On First Payment)
- Confirm provisioning succeeded (for On Module Create)
Client Cannot See Projects
- Confirm the project is assigned to the correct client
- Confirm the client is logged into the correct account
